1501 Adventures - Booking Conditions

1. Reservation and Payments

To book a trip with 1501 Adventures, a deposit of 20% euros is required. This deposit secures your reservation spot and must be paid upon confirmation. Full payment for the trip must be made 60 days prior to the trip start date. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the departure date, the full amount is due at the time of booking. Deposit payment can be done by bank transfer to this bank account:

2. Confirmation

Once we have received your deposit and the availability of the trip has been confirmed, we will send you a Booking Confirmation by email. This confirmation will include all relevant details of your trip, including the contracted services, itinerary, and payment terms. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure that all details are correct. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation

3. Final Registration

To complete your final registration, you must send us the registration forms and liability release form completed and any additional required documentation, such as a copy of your passport, travel insurance, and any relevant medical information, 60 days before the trip departure date. Failure to submit this documentation may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

4. Cancellation / Refund Policies

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to the following cancellation charges:

121 Days or more 10% of the total
120 – 61 Days 15% of the total
60 – 31 Days 50% of the total
30 Days or less 100% of the total

1501 Adventures reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In this case, a full refund or the option to transfer the deposit to another travel date will be offered. No refunds will be provided for unused services during the trip, such as excursions, meals, or transfers.

5. Insurance

In compliance with Spanish regulations, 1501 Adventures holds a civil liability insurance and a surety insurance, which ensure the protection of our clients and the proper management of the services we offer. These insurances are a fundamental part of our commitment to the safety and satisfaction of our travelers.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

In addition to the aforementioned insurances, we strongly recommend that all our travelers purchase private travel insurance that covers a wide range of eventualities. Travel insurance can provide additional protection in case of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen events that may arise during your trip

Travel insurance is an essential tool to ensure the peace of mind and safety of travelers, and it can be especially useful in unexpected situations that could affect your experience. It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have adequate coverage that meets their specific needs.
